Deciding to take a young horse to South Coast Zone Championships 19 October 2024 was a big ask as it proved to be a very challenging track and in hindsight would have been suited to an older and fitter horse.
I rode Conderosa Hero in only his second start this year and he excelled without wavering regardless of the terrain.
A big thank you to Allex Jones and Irene Adams who I was able to ride with for 2 legs which definitely helped Conderosa Hero achieve all A’s and ‘Fantastic’ as remarked in his book from Vet after 85km.
